Alana Jasbir Kaur is here to serve and assist others in finding their inner light, to assist in removing blocks and empowering others on their life path. Alana Jasbir Kaur is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy she is also a licensed massage therapist . She has advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Deep Tissue Massage, Kundalini Yoga, Angel Healing, Sound Healing and Theta Healing . Ultimately healing is a personal path and I am here to assist you in finding your own truth and for providing guidance to assist you to your divine "Light."
As part of my own healing...yoga and mediation have been essential to my path and development. The name Alana was gifted to me by my Reiki Master in 2006. And then in 2007 I received my Kundalini yoga spiritual name Jasbir Kaur.
Alana: peaceful, noble, precious, harmony, & awakening.
