The theta state is one of deep relaxation, accessing a brain wave cycle of 4-7 per second. In this mind state, the practitioner connects her consciousness with the Creator, making contact with the creative force of the Universe to co-create for the specific purpose of healing. The client may be seated, gently holding hands with practitioner, to form a connection through which to facilitate the healing. On achieving the theta state, the practitioner works on four different levels: the core belief level, the genetic level, the historic level, and the soul level, working to release physical illnesses, blockages and negative beliefs in mind and body, while instilling affirming and enriching new beliefs and feelings.
